A husband and wife team–as well as an American and French winemaking team–Dashe Cellars specializes in Dry Creek and Alexander Valley Zinfandels. Michael Dashe, former assistant Winemaker at Ridge Vineyards between 1990–1998 started making Dry Creek Zinfandel under the Dashe label in 1996. His wife, Bordeaux-trained Anne Dashe, is an integral part of the winemaking and blending process at Dashe. Together, they make lush, richly-textured wines.
