Michael’s Chocolates is a San Francisco based small batch, handmade artisan chocolatier specializing in award-winning chocolates and confections.   Michael had previously worked in pastry and attended the prestigious California Culinary Academy. He then transitioned into a career in fine dining, focusing on service and wine.

After months of “playing” with chocolates and confections, he decided to delve deeper into the chocolate world. Starting with the Chocolatier program at Ecole Chocolate.  Michael has been awarded numerous awards such as the prestigious Good Food Award, 2018, 2022 and a bronze from the International Chocolate Awards, Americas.
