In Conversation with Alice Waters wine tasting and discussion took place in Grass Valley, CA on September 8, 2017. ZAP hosted the tasting with Joel Peterson – Ravenswood, Randle Johnson – ArteZin Winery, and Bill Easton – Easton Wines. Appetizers were inspired by Chez Panisse and created by Alan Tangren, the former chef at the famous restaurant. A book signing and meet and greet with Alice Waters was another event highlight.
