It’s something that…it’s a bit of a discovery grape because I come to wine making-and to wine in general-from food, so Zinfandel is just one of those incredibly friendly wines, if it’s balanced, if it’s on the lower alcohol side, if it’s a companion to food, I don’t think that there’s much more that says brilliant with food as Zinfandel is. And it’s versatile. It’s like it’s a wine for all seasons and it’s a wine for all seasonings for sure”
